What is Intuitive Guidance?
As an Intuitive Guide, I trust my intuition, an inner knowing coupled with years of research and practice, to harmonize and realign the body (eating), mind (emotions) and spirit (energy) connection (see below). Through the support of a wide range of modalities, I allow my senses to guide and understand what is occurring energetically, physically, mentally and emotionally within my client. I believe there are many successful ways to heal.
In my practice, I employ powerful techniques to ensure lasting deep healing by targeting the root of the issue to eliminate the imbalance. I offer compassion, guidance, understanding, and a personal, one on one coaching relationship to realign with your complete self and bring absolute balance back into your life.
BODY. Our body does so much for us. It is constantly working to find balance. When it's out of balance, it strives to quickly get you back on track as quickly as possible. If our body is not functioning the way it's meant to, that process of finding balance tends to slow down or halts. This is why being mindful about what we put in our body is in direct relation to how our body works. I am not just referring to food; it's your environment, your thoughts, the people you surround yourself with, social media, what you're reading and watching. It's what you put into your body mentally, energetically, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Your body can either work for you or against you, and having the right health and wellness approach can be a matter of life or death.
MIND. Thoughts are powerful. Did you know that our brain can take an abstract thought, make it tangible, and send that thought or the emotion attached to the thought, to every cell in our body? When I learned this, affirmations finally made sense to me. Every thought we have manifests physically inside the body and is believed by our entire being. If you tell yourself you're unhealthy, unlovable, stupid, or worthless, we believe it on a cellular level. Imagine changing the dialogue within yourself. Imagine changing your cellular structure, essentially re-wiring your moods, your body image, how you see yourself, how you see others, the world. The possibilities are endless.
SPIRIT. The word Spirit has many definitions. For me, and the way I use it in my practice, Spirit means our highest consciousness, that which governs our body as a whole and our existence in the Universe. Being mindful of our Spirit means taking time to connect with our thoughts, or disconnect from them, our higher selfs, our connection to self, and our connection to community and family and the roles we play within it. It's important to take time for Spirit and to honor the relationship to self.
We will discover the best ways possible for you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit in your every day.
The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.
